All core music metadata displayed on Folneb is sourced from licensed open databases, including MusicBrainz (under Creative Commons licenses), and Spotify.
Any user-created content, such as custom collections, reviews, or curations, belongs to you. By posting it on Folneb, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to harm the platform's infrastructure.
6. Limitation of Liability
Folneb is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of the musical metadata, platform uptime, or specific feature availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Folneb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
As a London-based platform, these Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
